(More customer reviews)I purchased this TV a few months back for < $700.00 and was a little bit worried that I would be getting an inferior product, seeing as comparable sets were going for the $1K range or higher and I could hardly find any actual reviews for this model (which is why I wanted to post this where I could). Before I give my opinion let it be known that I am not particularly tech savvy, but generally use the TV for general XBox 360, movies, and TV use.
I absolutely love this TV. The picture is fantastic, there is no lag at all with television or movies that I found fairly common with the LCD TV's on display at local electronic stores, and the picture is crystal clear for all three media types I use. This is a great TV for the regular Joe as it is basically plug in and go, it has close to no set up, and the pre-set picture settings (Cinema, Vivid, Gaming, etc.) are diverse and I have not had to tweak them at all so far.
I believe I got a steal on this purchase, and i also got a 3 year extended warranty for extremely cheap due to the TV being under $800.00. I would recommend this to anyone looking for quality at a lower than standard market price. I wouldn't trade this TV for another and when the time comes to purchase another TV I will definitely be looking to LG.
